Preparation to bail from Verizon. #FAIL

Porting numbers from Verizon cell phone to T Mobile Blackberry in prep to CANCEL VERIZON!!! All they had to do was replace a bad battery, but they couldn’t veer off “policy” for a customer with 13 years of business exclusively with the Verizon brand. No opportunity to move up free phone replacement by 5 months either. And they wonder  why I am angry???  #FAIL
