Anne is one of a limited breed of marketers: those with decades of executive leadership experience in the shopper marketing industry rounded out with sales, launching national brands at retail, communication and a base in hospitality. Her category background includes food, snacks, household goods, as well as apparel, home décor, appliances, home hardware, and hotels.  She’s an enthusiastic storyteller and presenter, with acuity for discovering and  interpreting insights that’s rooted in both curiosity and years of studying the art and science of influence.

Senior Vice President, Acosta Mosaic Group – Shopper Solutions and Hunter Straker

In late 2103, after consulting client Mosaic Experiential Marketing was acquired by Acosta Sales & Marketing, Anne was recruited to join the leadership team of Acosta Mosaic Group and helped to launch two new marketing agencies in the U. S. marketplace; Shopper Solutions (facing retailers) and Hunter Straker (facing brands). In 2015, she transitioned into a special project consultative role for the executive team.

At the urging of industry cohorts, Anne began consulting in 2011, and focused on developing white-space growth strategies as well as updated brand architectures/positioning for many service companies across North America. She also helped lead a number of brands through innovation planning workshops. Clients included Decision Insight, Mosaic Experiential Marketing, Team Detroit (for Ford Motor Co.), Solo Cups, Brogan & Partners (for focus on trends, insights and strategic planning; and clients HoneyBaked Ham, C2AE).

Anne spent 18 years in senior leadership positions at the nation’s leading Shopper Marketing Firm.  Accomplishments include:

  • Member of Executive Leadership Team, vigorous developer of new capability for nation’s leading shopper agency
